We're launching a new project and looking for Customer Support Agents who are ready to grow with us and help customers feel heard, supported, and happy.
What you'll be doing: - Helping customers with their questions and concerns across multiple channels (chat, email, phone calls, etc.) - Staying in touch with the team during your shift to solve issues faster together - Making sure each customer gets clear, friendly, and helpful responses
What we’re looking for: - Prior experience in support? Great! No experience? Also great — we love people who are eager to learn! - You’re okay with rotating shifts: Morning: 07:00 — 15:00 Evening: 15:00 — 23:00 Night: 23:00 — 07:00 (Night shifts come with bonuses 💰) - You're calm under pressure and genuinely care about helping people - Your English is strong — C1+ in both writing and speaking is a must
