Your future responsibilities:
Gathering, eliciting customer needs, and analyzing requests regarding the Core Banking System (CBS), its features, and processes
Participating in the design of IT architectural solutions, assisting in the preparation of test scenarios and executing test tasks as needed, analyzing errors and issues in the production environment, and preparing data fixes, hotfixes, data selections, and reports as required
Providing consultations and support to the Bank's departments regarding systems and processes within the Department’s scope of responsibility
Your skills and experience:
Complete higher education (Bachelor's, Master's, or Specialist degree) in a relevant field or specialty
1+ years of relevant professional experience in the banking sector or closely related fields
Fundamental knowledge of IT
Basic knowledge of SQL
Knowledge of methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, Lean, TDD, BDD, etc.
Mandatory knowledge of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) process
Proficiency with tools: Jira, Confluence
Knowledge and understanding of banking products and banking transaction technologies
Understanding and practical application of modern system and business analysis practices and methodologies
Knowledge of and ability to manage requirements and expectations of customers and stakeholders
Proficiency in the state language (Ukrainian) and English at a technical and conversational level
Strong communication skills, effective interpersonal communication, and conflict resolution skills
Readiness to learn new processes (technologies) with their subsequent support
Will be a plus:
Knowledge of the architecture and functionality of standard Core Banking Systems (CBS)
Knowledge of the basics of bank accounting and the financial services market
Knowledge of the lending area and banking sector and banking products
