That’s why, together with Kateryna Yuskovych, Creative AI Lead at Headway Inc, we’re looking for a Junior AI Creative Designer to research, test, and push the boundaries of what AI can do in performance marketing.

The team you will be working with:

You’ll join the AI Hub — a team inside Creative Marketing unit with a mission to be at the forefront of AI adoption, test new tools first, and build a system where the whole team operates faster and smarter. You’ll also become a part of Headway Inc’s broader marketing community — 100+ people across all products — where you’ll always find someone to think through a challenge with, learn from, or be inspired by.

This role is your calling if you:

You actually find it fun to scroll AI news, try the latest tool the week it drops, and figure out what it’s good for.

You have a design eye and a solid grasp of Figma, and AI tools like Midjourney, Runway or Kling are already part of how you work, not just something you tried once.

Get a kick out of figuring out why a prompt didn’t work and iterating until it does.

You’ve been learning AI on your own through courses, side projects, or just because — and now you want to do it inside a team, with real briefs, real budgets, and people to learn from.

Want your experiments to ship, get tested on real budgets, and shape how the whole creative team works.

You’re okay with the fact that there’s no playbook here — half the tools you’ll use next month don’t exist yet, and that’s the fun part.

Want to grow inside an AI Hub that’s being built right now, in a company that helps millions of people grow every day.

What you’ll do:

Research and test new AI tools the moment they drop.

Document what works and what doesn’t, and turn findings into recommendations the whole creative marketing team can use.

Build and grow the AI Knowledge Base — your insights become the team’s playbook.

Create performance ad creatives so you can see firsthand how your work and AI improvements translate into business results.

Write, iterate and optimize prompts to get consistent results across formats and campaigns.

The role can grow in a lot of directions — prompt engineering, vibe coding, building internal AI tools, API automations, owning AI initiatives end-to-end. Where it goes depends on where you want to take it.

What you need to join us:

Experience with AI tools for image and video generation — Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Flux or similar.

You are comfortable in Figma and After Effects.

Ability to write and iterate prompts to get the result you’re after.

Basic understanding of performance marketing and a genuine interest in working in it.

Curiosity-driven mindset — you don’t stop at one tool or one approach.

Ownership over your work — you initiate, follow through, and care about the impact.

A portfolio with AI-generated work — commercial projects, course work, or personal experiments.
