- Collect, verify, and process incoming primary documents (acts, invoices, delivery notes)
- Enter incoming documents into the accounting system
- Reconcile document registers
- Send documents by post
Що очікуємо
- 1+ year of experience in personnel records, document management, or accounting
- Working knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine
- Confident PC user
- Confident with Excel, Google Sheets, BAS, M.E.Doc, and Vchasno
- Attention to detail and a structured approach to documentation
