- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing production-grade applications within the Java ecosystem, including frontend development with React
- Strong expertise in Java development and Web API implementation
- Experience building scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, particularly in fast-paced or high-pressure production environments
- Solid database design and SQL expertise, especially with SQL Server
