Altum builds software and websites for startups and digital agencies across the US and Western Europe. As we grow, we need someone who's great at finding the right people — that's where you come in.
Your day-to-day:
Hunt for strong candidates across both tech and non-tech roles
Use LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms, and any other channel that gets results
Keep our candidate pipeline well-organized and easy to work with
Sync regularly with recruiters and hiring managers so you know exactly who we're after
Help things run smoothly by setting up interviews and managing candidate flow
Try out new sourcing approaches and double down on the ones that work
You'll be a fit if you:
Can take a role and start sourcing without needing step-by-step direction
Write clearly and know how to reach out to people
Stay organized, notice the details, and move things forward on your own
Like keeping up with tech hiring and how the talent market shifts
