Що робити
- Provide on-site support to office employees: troubleshoot hardware issues and quickly replace faulty equipment.
- Prepare meeting rooms for client calls (webcams, microphones, TVs, video conferencing).
- Install and configure office equipment: printers, scanners, displays.
- Administer MikroTik routers (DHCP, NAT, firewall, VPN, uplink failover), including Starlink as a backup uplink.
- Manage UniFi Wi-Fi access points and Protect cameras.
Що очікуємо
- Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, subnetting, DHCP/DNS, NAT, VLANs, VPN.
- Confident with Windows, macOS and Linux: installation, configuration, troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of backup power systems (inverters, UPS).
- Ability to write clear instructions and explain technical things to non-technical colleagues.
- Service mindset and ability to handle several requests in parallel.
