Що робити

  • Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, email and ticket support center;
  • Install, troubleshoot and resolve end-user IT technical matters such as software, hardware, and multimedia systems;
  • Provide guidance, assistance, coordination and follow-up on clients questions and issues;
  • Follow standard IT procedures, logging all IT interactions and administering IT software;
  • Fully supporting, configuring, maintaining and upgrading corporate IT infrastructure, including systems and networks;

Що очікуємо

  • 2+ years of Experience as a Help Desk / IT Support
  • High customer orientation skills;
  • Familiarity with Hardware components (Desktops, Laptops);
  • Experience with handling IT tasks on MacOS and Windows OS;
  • Experience with one of the following IT backend environments (Active directory, Microsoft Azure AD, Okta, Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace);
