Що робити
- Act as the local technical point of contact between the customer and act digital delivery teams
- Coordinate with customer infrastructure and workplace teams
- Assist with troubleshooting Windows workstation and infrastructure issues
- Support Active Directory administration and troubleshooting
- Assist with Microsoft Entra ID configuration and user management
Що очікуємо
- Strong experience with Windows 7 / Windows 10 / Windows 11 and Microsoft Windows administration
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), and Microsoft Entra ID
- Experience in user and endpoint administration, endpoint troubleshooting, and infrastructure diagnostics
- Understanding of log collection fundamentals and technical documentation
- Basic knowledge of PowerShell
