AI can write a smooth paragraph in five seconds. It can also invent a statistic, mistranslate a phrase, and sound completely confident while doing it. Most copywriters can’t tell the difference. We need someone who can.
You’re the right fit if:
You’ve caught AI lying to you, confidently, more than once
A confident AI answer makes you suspicious, not relieved
You don’t write 100 pages. You write the one page that becomes 99 more
Reporting straight into leadership, with no management layer between you and decisions, sounds like a plus, not a risk
That’s you? Good. Keep reading.
Top criteria (non-negotiable):
You work with AI models every day, not occasionally, and you’ve been burned enough times to know exactly where they fail
Confident, polished output doesn’t fool you. You treat it as a draft until you’ve checked it
Given a huge volume of work, you build a system before you write a single line. You don’t start at page one and grind through to the end
Fluent English, because that’s how you talk to the models, not just to your audience
You can describe, in detail, a specific time AI misled you, and what you changed afterward
Nice to have, but it won’t save a weak candidate:
SEO or search-driven content background
Additional foreign languages
This isn’t a job for cleaning up AI drafts. It’s a job for owning them.
Why this role is harder than it sounds
You’re the last line of defense before anything goes live. Facts, numbers, tone, consistency across brands, it all runs through you. The AI drafts it. You’re accountable for it.
What the job actually involves
Writing brand content and verifying it yourself, treating AI as a tool you direct, not a source you trust
Adapting the same core message across multiple brands without letting them blur into each other
Spotting the moment AI sounds right but isn’t, before it goes anywhere near a client
Tracing every fact, number, and claim back to something real, never taking the model’s word for it
Turning “100 pages across 5 brands” into a repeatable system instead of 100 separate writing tasks
Getting the context you need (market, restrictions, audience) before you write anything, not after
Noticing when content across brands starts sounding the same, and fixing that before anyone else spots it
Checking text in languages you don’t speak, using a real method, not just trusting whatever a translator hands back
Setting the bar for content quality, not just meeting it
What we offer
20 paid vacation days
36 paid sick leave days per year
Fully remote, flexible working hours
