What you’ll do
Source, engage, and hire Senior IT professionals for US&European product companies.
Focus on quality over quantity — we care about finding the right people, not simply sending as many candidates as possible.
Move quickly while maintaining a high hiring standard.
Communicate with mostly English-speaking candidates throughout the hiring process.
Build strong relationships with candidates and represent our clients professionally.
What we’re looking for
1+ year of IT recruitment experience.
Strong English (Upper-Intermediate/Advanced or higher) — you’ll be communicating with international candidates every day.
Confidence using LinkedIn for sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter experience is a big plus).
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
Resilience — you’re comfortable with rejection and see every “no” as an opportunity to learn and improve.
A genuine desire to hire the best talent, not just fill pipelines.
