- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to negotiating offers.
- Source candidates across various platforms, including LinkedIn and professional communities.
- Conduct pre-screen calls to assess both technical fit and soft skills of candidates.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience during the recruitment process.
Що очікуємо
- Preferably 1+ year of experience in IT recruiting (we also consider candidates who have just completed recruiting courses).
- English proficiency at the Upper-Intermediate level for communicating with English-speaking candidates and managing documentation.
- Understanding of basic IT concepts, roles, and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Experience with various sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and X-Ray search.
