We’re looking for an IT Recruiter who enjoys connecting with people and finding the right talent to join our team. We’re hiring in Lviv, where most of our team is located. We regularly get together for offline meetings, so it’s important for us to have someone who enjoys being part of those in-person connections.
What You’ll Do:
Manage the full recruitment cycle — from gathering requirements to offer acceptance.
Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and hiring priorities.
Conduct screening interviews, focusing on candidates’ experience, motivation, and team fit.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU, referrals, and other channels.
Manage recruitment processes in our ATS (Homerun) and keep hiring pipelines organized.
Support employer branding initiatives by participating in conferences, meetups, and other recruiting events.
What We’re Looking For:
1+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in an outsourcing company.
Experience successfully closing both technical and non-technical roles.
Confidence in managing the full recruitment cycle independently.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
Intermediate English (B1+) or higher.
Location — Lviv.
