- Manage the full recruitment cycle — from gathering requirements to offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and hiring priorities.
- Conduct screening interviews, focusing on candidates' experience, motivation, and team fit.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU, referrals, and other channels.
- Manage recruitment processes in our ATS (Homerun) and keep hiring pipelines organized.
