Що робити
- Conduct initial interviews with international IT candidates, primarily from Latin America, Canada, and India.
- Evaluate candidate experience, motivation, communication skills, and overall fit for specific vacancies.
- Review candidate resumes using Claude AI, comparing candidate profiles against job descriptions and hiring requirements.
- Work closely with a team of 5–6 sourcers to coordinate candidate pipelines and recruitment activities.
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, keeping their statuses up to date in Trello.
Що очікуємо
- Strong English communication skills (B2—C1), both written and spoken.
- Experience recruiting IT professionals across different technical domains.
- Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
- Ability to understand technical job descriptions and assess candidates against role requirements.
