IT Project Manager
Astria Learning is an education-technology company dedicated to building scalable, high-quality software solutions that make a real difference in how people learn. We are looking for an experienced and organised IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of our software development and implementation projects.

What you’ll do
Project planning & delivery
Own the complete software development lifecycle (SDLC) — from requirements gathering through development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
Define project objectives, scope, milestones, resource requirements, and success criteria; develop and maintain comprehensive project plans.
Monitor progress, proactively identify risks and bottlenecks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Manage scope changes and shifting priorities while maintaining delivery commitments.
Oversee deployment readiness, client acceptance, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation support.
Business analysis & requirements management
Engage with clients and stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business and technical requirements.
Translate business needs into structured functional specifications, user stories, workflows, and measurable acceptance criteria.
Maintain requirements traceability throughout the SDLC and ensure development and QA teams have complete, actionable documentation before implementation begins.
Facilitate requirements clarification sessions and evaluate proposed solutions for feasibility, usability, and alignment with business objectives.
Technical coordination & development management
Coordinate daily priorities across software developers, QA engineers, UX/UI designers, and business analysts.
Collaborate with technical teams to assess solution feasibility, implementation approaches, and system dependencies.
Translate technical concepts into clear business language, and business requirements into language that technical teams can act on.
Organise and facilitate sprint planning, progress reviews, and technical discussions; remove operational blockers to keep teams moving.
Software quality assurance & functional testing
Take an active, hands-on role in functional validation — reviewing completed features against approved requirements and acceptance criteria.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) as applicable.
Identify, document, prioritise, and track defects through to resolution; verify fixes and work with teams to prevent recurring issues.
Validate software releases before client demonstrations, deployment, and final handover.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and release readiness procedures.
Product knowledge, demonstrations & implementation support
Develop and maintain deep knowledge of Astria Learning’s software platforms — their functionality, workflows, configurations, and integrations.
Prepare and deliver professional product demonstrations for clients, prospective partners, and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate client onboarding, system configuration, implementation activities, and user acceptance processes.
Support the preparation of training materials, user guides, and product documentation.
Client & stakeholder management
Act as the central coordination point between clients, management, business departments, and technical delivery teams.
Communicate project progress, risks, decisions, and milestones clearly and in a timely manner.
