Що робити
- Implementation and optimization of operational processes for the entire team (40+ people);
- Resource management and task distribution among teams;
- Preventive identification and neutralization of crisis situations, creation of emergency response plans;
- Coordination of work cycles (sprints), checkpoints, and timely completion of key stages;
- Tracking KPIs and budgets, analyzing process efficiency;
Що очікуємо
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an operations or project manager in IT field;
- Experience in successful crisis management and working in stressful situations;
- Deep understanding of the development cycle and team roles;
- Proficient user of Jira or similar tools (Confluence, Asana, Trello);
- Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to motivate a team;
