Що робити

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with clients, partners, vendors, and contractors, with a primary focus on MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
Identify legal and contractual risks, assess their potential business impact, and propose clear, practical, and proportionate solutions.
Provide day-to-day legal support for the company’s commercial activities and its work with international counterparties.
Support data protection, privacy, and confidentiality matters relevant to the company, its products, clients, and vendors.
Maintain and improve existing contract templates, internal policies, approval processes, and legal documentation in line with the company’s evolving needs.

Що очікуємо

At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Legal Counsel, In-house Lawyer, or in a similar role within an IT, SaaS, product, or other technology company.
A university degree in Law.
Hands-on experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements in English, particularly MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
Experience supporting an international business and working with counterparties in the US and/or EU.
Understanding of core legal topics relevant to technology businesses, including commercial law, intellectual property, confidentiality, data protection, and privacy.
