• Talent Matching & Qualification: Analyze hiring requirements, map them against our available developer pool, and present the most relevant candidates.
• Developer Interview Preparation (Mock Interviews): Brief engineers on project specifics, client expectations, and company culture.
• End-to-End Hiring Ownership: Take responsibility for the hiring workflow of our developers. Coordinate with our SDR, recruitment, and founders to ensure a smooth transition from the initial cold touchpoint to final contract signing.
