- System Administration & IT Infrastructure
- Administer and maintain Windows-based workstations and company IT infrastructure
- Communicate with the team members and suppliers/service providers worldwide
- Set up and configure laptops and software for new employees
- Provide day-to-day technical support to employees and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Що очікуємо
- 1-3 years of experience in system administration, IT administration, or a similar technical role
- Solid knowledge of Windows administration, networking, VPNs, backups, remote access, and hardware/software configuration
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage several requests at the same time
- Experience supporting users and troubleshooting technical issues independently
- Understanding of IP addressing, DNS, SSL certificates, and basic network configuration
