Що робити
- Manage the day to day investment pipeline and ensure projects move through the defined process.
- Coordinate Investment Research Analysts and control the quality and timing of delivery.
- Manage Jira, project statuses, ownership, deadlines, SLA, and backlog.
- Run operational team syncs.
- Translate strategic tasks and processes defined together with the Head into concrete execution and results.
Що очікуємо
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Crypto investments, VC, CVC, corporate development, M&A, or related areas.
- Deep practical understanding of Crypto and Web3.
- Strong knowledge of DeFi, L1/L2, blockchain infrastructure, tokenomics, and crypto business models.
- Understanding of the full investment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to DD, investment decision, and portfolio monitoring.
- Ability to independently evaluate Web3 projects and form a well reasoned investment opinion.
