- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, service agreements, and other legal documents for international clients and partners.
- Preparing and reviewing contracts governed by foreign jurisdictions.
- Providing legal support for cooperation with international clients and partners.
- Communicating with project managers, business teams, and stakeholders regarding legal matters and contract requirements.
- Preparing legal letters, explanations, claims, legal opinions, and other documents in English.
