Trionika is a company specialising in digital traffic acquisition and monetisation across the EdTech and FinTech industries. Driven by a strong commitment to social impact, Trionika founded Dopomogator Foundation — a Ukrainian charitable organisation helping people affected by war regain independence by providing access to advanced bionic prosthetic care.
We’re looking for an International Fundraising Manager to expand the foundation’s global network of partners and donors. Working closely with the Founder, you’ll build strategic relationships with charitable foundations, corporations, NGOs, and private donors, helping make advanced bionic prosthetic care accessible to those who need it most.
What You’ll Do
Develop and implement an international fundraising strategy.
Build and manage partnerships with charitable foundations, corporations, NGOs, and private donors.
Identify and secure grant opportunities.
Lead the fundraising process from initial outreach to long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with the foundation’s team on fundraising initiatives and donor communications.
What we’re looking for
Proven experience in fundraising within the nonprofit sector.
Experience working with international donors, grant-making organisations, NGOs, or corporate partners.
Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
A proactive, results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
English level — B2 or higher, both written and spoken.
