Що робити

  • Own and deliver the business development plan for the Card & Wallet product lines, including sales and marketing plans, revenue and profit targets;
  • Attract B2B and B2C clients for servicing and manage engagement with them across projects and products;
  • Participate in interactions with card providers during audits;
  • Meet planned KPIs for the Wallet and Card directions; set monthly and quarterly goals and monitor day-to-day progress;
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction with delivered products and services;

Що очікуємо

  • Work experience as Head of Business Development, Sales Director or a similar senior commercial role;
  • 5+ years of experience in IT sales, with solid B2B and B2C service experience;
  • Hands-on experience in FinTech — ideally card processing, e-wallets or payments infrastructure;
  • Proven track record of selling to banks, financial institutions and card providers;
  • Successful experience implementing complex commercial strategies, including on international markets;
