Що робити
- Analyze and review various types of agreements related to the company’s day-to-day operations.
- Draft and negotiate technology-related and non-technology agreements.
- Provide legal opinions and advice on relevant legal matters.
- Participate in negotiations and provide legal support for international transactions.
- Conduct legal due diligence and prepare comprehensive due diligence reports.
Що очікуємо
- Law degree from a reputable Ukrainian university; an international LL.M. degree will be a plus.
- Advanced English proficiency (confident B2—C1).
- Excellent writing, editing, and legal research skills in English and Ukrainian.
- 2+ years of professional experience in IT, corporate, and international contract law, with a primary focus on English and EU law.
- Strong knowledge of drafting and structuring various types of agreements, including Marketing, Advertising, Software Development, Software License, Services, and Sponsorship Agreements.
