- Plan and implement internal communications in line with the company’s business priorities.
- Create and edit internal content, including news, announcements, newsletters, digests, and informational materials.
- Manage and develop internal communication channels (Slack, email, etc.).
- Prepare leadership communications and support organizational changes.
- Coordinate communications for internal events and initiatives, promoting company culture and values.
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of experience in Internal Communications, HR Communications, Employer Branding, PR, or Content Marketing.
- Experience creating content for different audiences and communication channels, with a good understanding of Tone of Voice.
- Ability to structure complex information and communicate it in a clear and accessible way.
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Understanding of internal communication performance metrics.
