Що робити

  • Assist in managing onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Provide basic guidance to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and compliance regulations in coordination with the HR Team.
  • Support the use of HRMS to generate reports, track HR metrics, and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Help organize the company’s training and development activities and support tracking and analysis of learning progress.
  • Maintain HR documentation and files, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
