- Search for relevant bloggers on TikTok and Twitch for our product
- Make first contact and negotiate terms: price within the set range, agree on publication timing
- Onboard bloggers using a unified script: rules, limits, promo code, payment details, proof checks
- Manage a pool of 30-40 bloggers: keep publications on schedule, top up balances on time, keep bloggers engaged after their first video
- Respond to bloggers during working hours within a few hours
Що очікуємо
- 1-2 years of commercial experience
- Confident use of Telegram and Discord for daily communication with bloggers and the team
- Practical knowledge of TikTok, YouTube and Twitch: finding channels, evaluating statistics, checking published content
- Comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel: basic formulas, counting, weekly reports
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers
