Що робити

• All leads flow into HubSpot. Every one already knows us. Your job is to convert them.
• Triage fresh inbound messages per day (email, LinkedIn, Instagram, Threads, the website) into No / Maybe / Yes. Book calls with the Yes pile and send tailored follow-ups to every Maybe
• Re-engage warm leads from 30, 60, and 90 days ago who went quiet
• Run activation calls with trial users who signed up and never came back. Remove the blocker, get them to first value, then first payment
• Win back churned customers who left for reasons that no longer apply
