Що робити

  • Act as the primary HR contact for approximately 150 employees and their managers.
  • Independently manage all HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, employee documentation, performance management, promotions, transfers, and offboarding.
  • Partner with managers to provide practical HR advice and support on employee relations, performance, engagement, and people development.
  • Handle employee relations matters, resolve workplace issues, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment legislation.
  • Drive and implement HR initiatives that support business objectives and improve the employee experience.
