Що робити
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, adaptation, probation, internal transfers, and offboarding. Help ensure a positive and consistent employee experience across our offices and remote teams.
- Build strong relationships with employees and managers and provide day-to-day HR support.
- Collect and analyze employee feedback, identify potential issues, and support managers in finding effective solutions.
- Coordinate Performance review and Promotion processes, including preparation, communication, follow-up, and tracking completion.
- Support specialists and managers in creating and following Personal development plans.
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a similar role, preferably in the IT industry.
- Good understanding of the employee lifecycle and core HR processes.
- Hands-on experience with onboarding, performance reviews, employee engagement, retention, and offboarding.
- Experience working with HRM systems and maintaining accurate employee data.
- Good understanding of HR metrics and ability to prepare and analyze HR reports.
