• You will play a key role in shaping how Mindly acquires users through performance creative across paid social channels. This is more than just design execution — it’s about understanding users, translating insights into scroll-stopping ad concepts, and close collaboration with the Performance team.
• Create short-form and long-form AI-generated performance creatives (video and static) for Meta, TikTok, YouTube and other paid social channels, on the topic of mental health and wellbeing
• Analyze creative performance and iterate based on data, not guesses
• Analyze content performance and iterate based on learnings
• Research competitor ads, trending ad formats, native/UGC-style creatives, and platform-specific best practices for paid social
