• Positioning & Messaging
• Write and maintain the messaging frameworks for N-iX’s key services and solutions areas, including the core arguments for why a client should choose us, tailored for different buyers (CTO, VP Engineering, CFO, Procurement) and backed by real examples, rather than generic claims.
• Run competitive research against our main rivals, and turn the findings into comparison documents the sales team can use in live deals.
• Write case studies, review deal outcomes, and collect feedback from delivery leads quarterly to test whether our messaging still matches what buyers value.
• Translate internal services methodologies and frameworks (e.g. our APEX framework) into plain-language descriptions for our target buyers.
