Що робити

Organization of internal educational, employee development, and HR activities and events;
Participate in HR projects focused on improving employee experience and engagement;
Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, integration, and offboarding processes;
Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with employees to understand their needs, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement;
Maintain regular communication with employees and assist with addressing HR-related questions and concerns;

Що очікуємо

About 1 year of HR experience, preferably in an IT software, outsourcing company;
Hands-on experience with onboarding, 1:1 meetings, and offboarding;
Familiarity with IT roles, processes, workflows, and technology stack terminology;
Understanding of basic HR metrics, including turnover rate, eNPS, and employee engagement;
Knowledge of Ukrainian cooperation models and their specifics in IT, including Gig-contracts, PE, and employment under a labor contract;
