• 2+ years of experience as a People Partner, HR Generalist, or in a similar role within the IT industry.
• Proven track record of conducting 1:1 meetings, mediating and resolving conflicts, and addressing employee concerns.
• Experience managing the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, analytics, performance reviews, and development goals planning.
• High communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude, initiative, and a strong desire to grow.
