Що робити

  • Manage pre-onboarding processes: prepare new hires for their first day, coordinate access requests, documentation signing, communication with employees, the L&D Manager, and stakeholders
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and employee adaptation processes, including onboarding meetings and regular adaptation 1:1s
  • Support managers during probation periods and collect employee feedback
  • Ensure employee records and HR systems remain accurate and up to date
  • Track HR processes including probation timelines, benefits, compensation requests, and employee status changes

Що очікуємо

  • 1+ year of experience in HR, People Operations, or administrative roles
  • Understanding of core HR processes and employee lifecycle stages
  • Experience working with HRIS systems (Hurma, PeopleForce, or similar)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
