As an HR Manager (People Operations) at BotsCrew, you’ll own the full employee experience lifecycle — from onboarding new team members to shaping how the company grows, learns, and communicates internally. You’ll hold real ownership over processes, outcomes, and the culture we’re building together.
BotsCrew is an AI company, and that extends to how we run People Ops. You’ll be expected to bring AI tools into your daily work — automating repetitive workflows, improving reporting, and finding smarter ways to do things that used to take hours. If you enjoy turning ambiguous problems into structured systems, this role has plenty of that.
You’ll work closely with the Head of People Operations and collaborate with team leads and managers across the company. Together, you’ll shape programs that help people grow, create feedback loops that actually work, and keep the team connected as we scale.
What You’ll Do
Own the full employee journey — design and run onboarding, development touchpoints, and offboarding processes that leave a strong impression at every stage
Drive learning and development initiatives — coordinate PDPs, facilitate workshops, and build programs that support real career growth
Build and maintain HR documentation — process descriptions, SOPs, guides — so the team always has a clear source of truth
Lead team health and engagement efforts — pulse checks, feedback culture, internal communication channels
Develop employer brand and internal culture initiatives — events, recognition, content that reflects who BotsCrew is
Integrate AI tools into HR workflows — identify automation opportunities, test new tools, and document what works
Track and report on people analytics — use data to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and recommend improvements
Support teammates and managers on day-to-day HR questions, escalations, and sensitive situations
