Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition
- Experience hiring for Digital, Affiliate, SEO, Content, Product, Marketing, or Tech roles
- Experience with ATS systems, hiring funnels, scorecards, and onboarding processes
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with remote and international teams
