Що робити

  • Implement and manage HR policies, programs, and initiatives that align with company goals.
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle to attract, select, and onboard top talent.
  • Manage employee relations, providing guidance and resolving workplace issues.
  • Support performance management processes, including appraisals, promotions, and development plans.
  • Assist in compensation, benefits administration, and HR compliance.

Що очікуємо

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5–8 years of HR experience, ideally in a technology-driven or innovative company.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Languages - English, Russian
