- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: from defining the candidate profile and launching the search to making an offer and supporting the candidate through their start date.
- Source candidates and actively use various recruitment channels.
- Conduct HR interviews and initial candidate assessments.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist / HR Manager, with hands-on recruitment experience.
- Practical experience in full-cycle recruitment, including independent candidate sourcing.
- Experience managing key HR processes: onboarding, probation, 1:1s, performance reviews, and offboarding.
- Experience working closely with Hiring Managers and team leads.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and HR tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
