- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning and sourcing to offer management and onboarding.
- Actively source and headhunt top-performing specialists across different functions.
- Partner with the CEO/Head of Delivery to deeply understand hiring needs and define ideal candidate profiles.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies and identify new talent acquisition channels.
Що очікуємо
- Must-Have
- 1+ years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR within an IT, SaaS, marketing agency, or technology-focused company.
- Proven experience in direct sourcing and headhunting high-quality candidates.
- Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and candidate assessment techniques.
- Experience managing onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operational processes.
