• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally including at least 1+ year of exposure to HR / People Partner / HR Generalist work in a product or digital business.
• Strong Talent Acquisition expertise: Full ownership of the recruitment process, a proven track record of closing Mid/Senior, Lead, and C-level positions, and the ability to build hiring strategies for key roles.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers.
• Clear understanding of how HR & Talent Acquisition impact business outcomes, performance, and retention.
• High level of ownership, proactivity, self-management, and an ethical, results-oriented approach to work.
