INFOBUS is an international IT company with over 20 years of experience, delivering innovative solutions in the transportation and online ticketing industry. Our product is a platform for searching, booking, and purchasing tickets across Europe. As our team continues to grow, we are looking for an HR Generalist who will ensure smooth and well-structured HR processes, support employees throughout their entire journey in the company, and act as a trusted partner for both the business and the HR team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Adaptation and Onboarding:
Participate in improving and implementing employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Introduce new employees to their roles and familiarize them with the company.
Conduct 1:1 meetings during onboarding, maintain documentation, and analyze onboarding effectiveness.
Manage the probation period completion process, including conducting 1:1 meetings.
Learning and Development:
Organize trainings, workshops, and internal learning initiatives.
Participate in the development of employee evaluation and development systems.
Identify training needs and create individual development plans.
Motivation and Retention:
Participate in the development of motivation programs (bonuses, benefits).
Monitor employee engagement and loyalty levels, provide improvement suggestions, and conduct surveys.
HR Administration:
Maintain internal HR records.
Complete and maintain employee profiles.
Manage vacation schedules.
Maintain the employee database in the HR system.
HR Analytics:
Analyze the labor market, prepare surveys, work with employee data, and analyze business processes.
Recruitment and Hiring (optional):
Create job descriptions and search for candidates.
Conduct interviews (screening and interviews).
Prepare job offers and manage the hiring process.
Corporate Culture and Communications (optional):
Organize internal events and team-building activities.
Resolve conflict situations and collect employee feedback.
What’s Important:
Strong self-organization skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
High level of emotional intelligence and strong communication skills.
Flexibility and readiness to work in a multi-functional role.
Attention to detail, responsibility, and the ability to organize work independently.
English B1+ – enough for written communication, document preparation
Confident use of Excel / Google Sheets and experience with Peopleforce.
