Що робити

  • Administer employee HR processes, including leave requests, sick leave, employee documentation, and internal requests.
  • Coordinate and support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation, records, and internal databases.
  • Support internal HR communications and assist employees with HR-related inquiries.
  • Support payroll processes in cooperation with the Finance team.

Що очікуємо

  • 2+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, HR Generalist, or similar roles.
  • Hands-on experience managing HR processes and supporting employees throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Solid understanding of core HR practices and employee experience principles.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proactive mindset with a high level of ownership and accountability.
