Що робити

  • Tech Stack
  • Deep understanding of data arrays, and complex matrix formulas.

  • Creating interactive dashboards for C-level management.

Що очікуємо

  • 2–3+ years of commercial experience as an HR Analyst, People Analyst, Data Analyst, or an HR Administrator with a heavy emphasis on data analytics.
  • Expert Excel Proficiency: Power Query, Power Pivot, and advanced data array manipulation must be your daily tools, not just keywords in your resume.
  • Proven experience building clear, clickable dashboards in Power BI.
  • Solid understanding of basic HR metrics and IT company processes.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail (able to spot an error in 10,000 rows of data), systemic thinking, ability to work independently, and the skill to explain numbers in plain language.
