- Develop effective HR policies and processes aligned with the company’s business goals
- Assess current HR processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions to optimize processes at all stages of the employee lifecycle
- Oversee the implementation of new HR initiatives
- Ensure all HR policies are fully aligned with regulatory requirements
- Implement technological solutions to enhance efficiency and optimize HR operations
Що очікуємо
- At least 5 years of experience in HR, including HR Business Partnership and organizational development
- Experience with KPI setting and implementation
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and processes from scratch
- Experience with HR analytics, reporting, and process optimization
- Experience working with international teams and diverse HR environments
