Що робити

  • Support and improve HR processes and policies across the company;
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes and support employee adaptation;
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and gather employee feedback;
  • Drive employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives;
  • Coordinate employee celebrations, including birthdays, work anniversaries, etc;

Що очікуємо

  • 1+ years of experience in an admin, HR specialist, HR Manager, or similar role;
  • Practical experience in managing the employee lifecycle;
  • Experience with onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and employee engagement processes;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
