Що робити
- 🔹 Handle L1/L2 user support requests and resolve issues related to corporate devices, software, network connectivity, and internal services.
- 🔹 Administer corporate accounts, permissions, and access rights, and support onboarding/offboarding processes.
- 🔹 Prepare, configure, and maintain corporate hardware and workstations.
- 🔹 Work with Jira Service Management, maintain internal IT documentation, and collaborate with other teams on complex incidents.
- 🔹 Manage corporate domains, including registration, renewal, transfer, DNS configuration, verification, and communication with registrars and external providers.
