Що робити
- Own the end-to-end VIP lifecycle across PreVIP, VIP, High Roll, Recovery, and Reactivation.
- Drive VIP revenue growth and own key commercial KPIs.
- Lead multiple teams through Heads and Team Leads.
- Optimize player retention, reactivation, and PreVIP to VIP conversion.
- Partner with the Retention team to maximize the commercial impact of campaigns and offers.
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of leadership experience in VIP Operations within the iGaming industry.
- Proven experience managing the full VIP lifecycle, including High Roll.
- Strong ownership of commercial KPIs (P&L, IN/OUT, Hold, Churn, or similar metrics).
- Experience leading multiple teams through Heads and Team Leads.
- Deep understanding of VIP player behavior, retention, and lifecycle management.
