- Team Leadership & Process Discipline
- Directly manage, mentor, and evaluate a team of test engineers and technicians, ensuring clear task delegation and highly structured workflows.
- Establish and enforce a culture of strict discipline, accountability, and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols across all field activities.
- Develop, systematize, and enforce rigorous testing procedures to ensure maximum consistency, safety, and traceability of all operations.
- Organize and conduct complex technical training, including repair and maintenance procedures and exercises for operators and technical personnel.
